Signs of a Curious Dog

Many things interest dogs. Squeaky toys, rambunctious children, and other noises and actions things can rouse a dog, but how will your dog react to such stimulations? Positive and negative actions can arise. It’s important to notice the signs of a curious dog.

A dog tilting his head to either side indicates curiosity. A curious dog hasn’t decided how he or she feels yet. The canine is intrigued and will study the situation further. Signs that a dog’s interest has been piqued are ears pointed forward, neck craned, and intense eyes.

A positive action indicates healthy behavior, and playtime may begin. His body tenses, his tail is high or slowly wagging, and your dog may proceed with a playful attitude. A dog focused on a squirrel is an example of this. The canine would exhibit this body language as the natural instincts take over.
